The Table 30A is a collaboration between new media artist, 10PRINT and chef, José Castro.

Growing up a local in Santa Rosa Beach, he gets great joy by creating in the place that raised him.

10PRINT learned his craft by designing interactive experiences for concerts, theme parks and museums.

Before moving back to the area, he served as a Creative Director for Disney and Universal Studios. His night-time spectaculars can be found in all corners of the world.

José Castro

Born in Venezuela, he is inspired to create a space to bring people together and showcase chefs from around the world.

José has learned from some of the most talented people in the world.

He has studied on three continents including Le Cordon Bleu in Madrid, a bakery in Santiago and local fine dining establishments. He brings a diverse and unique expertise to the area.
